We will be having a church-wide picnic and baptism service this coming Sunday, May 6th at 4:00 pm. We are meeting at the Galt’s house, 303 Red Cedar.

Everyone is invited. There will be activities for kids. We have baptisms in the pool. The main dish and drinks will be provided, but we are asking every family that attends to bring a side. Match the first letter in your last name to the items we would like for you to bring.

• A-E  Chips
• F-J   Dessert
• K-P  Vegetable dish (hot vegetable dish, green salad, fruit salad, etc)
• Q-Z  Starchy side (potato, pasta, macaroni salads, etc)

The Park doesn’t have a missions department. We tell people all the time that they are the missions department.

We believe Christ has called all of us to be the church in the areas that He has placed us. We affirm the priesthood of all believers and intentionally push our community to discover it in themselves and others. Christ came and has called us into a new life…a life that is on mission with Him. This is the Missional Life. This life may never take you overseas on a mission trip, or you may go into cross-cultural ministry full-time. Where God takes you is up to Him. Living the Missional Life in all situations is the point and focus of every believer.
